I always think a lovely gesture for Mother's Day is to make something homemade for my mum. My mum has everything she needs and never wants for anything so she's not an easy person to buy for. So my solution is to make her something special as she always appreciates the time and effort that's gone into something handmade. So for this Mother's Day think about giving a gift of homemade jam, a tin of biscuits or a cellophane wrapped basket of treats. Here are a few ideas to inspire!

I would be thrillled to receive anything homemade..when I was little and my mom used to say how she loved nothing more than getting things handmade from my sister and I, I used to think "she was just saying that" but now as a mother myself I totally know that is so true.
Happy Mothers day!
