Graceful Moments

I started ballet at the tender of age of five.
I was enamoured with pretty ballerinas, satin ballet slippers, tutus and ballerina buns
and to be perfectly honest I still am!
As I grew up I switched to jazz ballet, tap dancing and gymnastics.
I loved any form of dance and every spare moment I was twirling, pirouetting
and generally showing off!

Ciao Bella!

 

 

Wishing I could pack my bags and escape the winter blues and head off somewhere gorgeous, sunny and warm. I can see myself cooling down with an icy strawberry gelati at the village gelateria before heading off for a swim at the local beach and diving into warm, sparkling azure water.

Acid Brights

 

You know you are getting old when you start seeing fashion trends repeating themselves twenty years apart!! I am loving all the fluoro and neon brights that are hitting the shops for summer and I'm looking forward to adding a splash of these brights to update my summer wardrobe. Sadly I remember when this was last fashionable when I was fresh faced teenager wearing my Katherine Hamnet 'Stop Acid Rain' t-shirt dancing to Wham!!!

French Glamour

I had a little shopping spree yesterday and headed off to see what's new at Chanel and Louis Vuitton. Having recently had a big shop at LV I was determined this time I would exercise some self control. I bought a chic, little pair of CC earrings in black and silver and the new season's nail polish in pink - called 'May'. I was very pleased with my little purchases and my ability to resist expensive handbag temptations!!!

that Elie Saab treats us to each season.

Along with Oscar de la Renta and Carolina Herrera

they bring back the chic elegance when fashion

was all about glamour and ladylike demure.

Elie has inspired these soft shades of tearose and ivory.

Blonde Ambition

Today I am off to the hairdresser for some much need pampering.

By blonde locks are in desperate need of a bit of TLC.

I am hoping to come home
