I went to a gorgeous children's birthday party on Saturday and it reminded me of this lovely dessert table with it's pink and chocolate bunny theme to celebrate a little girl's first birthday. This has all cleverly been put together by Leanne from Mrs A In The Cove. Long gone are the days of a simple get together with a slap-up do for family and friends to a celebrate a special occasion. The humble kids parties has turned into a lavish affair with beautifully co-ordinated treats that are a feast both for the eyes and the taste buds. All very well for those with creative flair but I'm sure the very thought of putting one of these events together would send the average mum into a spin. However the solution is simple pick a theme and then enlist the help of a fabulous bakery to put it together for you!
