With things looking a bit grim and dreary outside I decided I needed a bunch of fresh lowers to cheer me up. Despite the fact we live in a small town we are very fortunate to have a very good florist. I ended up with a bunch of beautiful old fashioned roses with the sweetest, most fragrant scent. They are a deep fuchsia pink, the sort that you might find in the garden of a grand old mansion. The house has brightened up immensely and so have I!
